Slowly moving forward! Yay! This particular page will stay accessible through the first week in May when the new schedule begins.
Classes will begin to be offered in person on May 11 (following CDC guidelines) and also via Zoom. For the next two weeks, please use the links you have been using that are listed below. New links will be posted on the Yoga schedule page prior to May 11 for the new schedule.
I have added an 8 week schedule which will begin May 11 and some of the class offerings and times have changed, so please take a look at the Yoga page for info on classes as well as the guidelines for returning to WillowLife. 🙏🏼

Hello, friends!
⏰ Daylight Savings Time will begin tonight and it’s been a couple months since my last update - certainly time to add another one!
🗓 The new 8 week session begins March 14 and will run through May 7. *There will be no classes on Thursday, April 8.
Tuesday Dates: March 16, 23, 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4
Wed. Dates: March 17, 24, 31, April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5
Thurs. Dates: March 18, 25, April 1, *, 15, 22, 29, May 6
☀️ Once the weather has warmed and stabilized, I am hoping to have a couple classes in Bringewatt Park. Day and time to be determined and I will continue to Zoom those classes right along with the traffic noise and mowers! 😂
Classes continue via the Zoom platform. (The Tuesday 3:00-4:00 pm class is suspended for now.) The Tuesday 12:15 pm class is the most physical of the offerings; the other classes are suitable for most people. I would like to offer my gratitude (again) for the continued support from each and every student for the words of support and encouragement and for showing up for classes...week after week.
Moving forward (along with my best guessing!):
* BIG NEWS!!! 💗 Tuesday and Thursday 4:45 - 5:45 pm class will continue to be offered via Zoom and beginning May 10, will also BE OFFERED IN PERSON at WillowLife! These will be the first classes to return to WillowLife since November and the first classes to allow more than 3 students and myself in the studio. Moving forward 💫

Happy New Year to each of you!
A new year, a new month, a new day...filled with life and living and opportunity. Even in the newness, we may carry with us some remnants of sadness or grief or loss. How do we embrace both sides of that coin and honor where we find ourselves today?
2020 was a wild year that showed us some mighty ugly struggles and emotions as well as some magnificent reminders of the goodness of people.
This new dawning reminds us that all situations and all people are our teachers. All. Not just the happy events, but also the heartbreaking ones. Not only the people who spread Light and Love and, but equally for those who seem to dwell in the darkness of hatred and greed.
There are people we wish to be more like and there are those who offer us the insight of who we don’t wish to be in this world. There are events that warm our hearts, and likewise, there are events that make us cringe with shared hurt or anger.
We start this new year, this new month, this new day as we start every day...with a renewed commitment to learn more, to share more, to love more...and yes, ample opportunity to forgive more.
We realize the Yin and Yang ☯️ of life and seek to embrace and keep the faith in the darkness within the light. We also hold close in our hearts the light within the seemingly endless darkness. We seek balance.
This is life. We have within each of us, (individually and as a collective), the resources to:
* take steps available to us in creating the change we wish to see
* to judge less and to love more
* to ruminate less and to act more
* to be gentle with our thoughts and actions, inwardly and outwardly
* to do what we can, knowing that sometimes all we can do is give ourselves rest
* to remember our true nature as Spirit
* to know and believe that every person wishes to be happy, to be safe, to love, and to feel loved.
Let this new day renew in us the commitment to be our best selves. Let us move forward with hope, inspired by kindness, fueled by love, and with our hearts wide open!

After a full week of Yoga Nidra, it is now time to go within. Take care of yourselves and remember to breathe!

Even though I had hoped to have the small groups back in the studio the week of December 14, I have opted to continue the online only version of classes through the Christmas and New Year holiday weeks. Tentatively, in-studio classes will resume the week of January 4...stay tuned as that date approaches for further updates.
Please continue to use the links below to join any class. For those who may be new to this, what seems daunting initially becomes much easier once you’ve gone through the process a time or two.
* decide what class you’d like to participate in
* 10 minutes before that class is to start, click on the class link and you will enter the “classroom”.
* you can choose to have your microphone on to say hi and check in and turn your mic off when we are ready to start class.
* you can choose to have your camera on or off
I would be happy to walk you through the process before an actual class if you would like - just send me a message and we will do a practice run. ❤️

Beginning the week after Thanksgiving (Nov. 30), all classes at WillowLife will be moved to the Zoom platform. We will continue this schedule through Dec. 11. If the COVID numbers climb after the Thanksgiving holiday, there is a possibility that this will continue into the New Year.
I have created a two question survey to give me an idea if you would continue your current class times or if you would switch to a different time...that way I will know if I should offer all classes via Zoom or if there are some that can be combined.
I appreciate each of you so very much and I want you to remain healthy and safe - thank you for all the support as we give this new set-up a try.
