Happy New Year!
The new schedule is posted below and starts next Tuesday. I am looking forward to seeing each of you again!🌟💜

I have also changed the schedule format to (hopefully) make it a bit clearer!

Classes are held at Sharon Lutheran Church on the lower level. Use Door 2 on the south side of the building - our space is accessible by both stairs and elevator. The address for the church is 1720 S 20th Street.

CLASS INFO

​​A​ll classes include modifications to allow the majority of students to be comfortable in a pose. The use of props such as a yoga strap, a block, or a cushion is highly encouraged and instruction on their usage is provided. All classes end with a 10-15 minute Savasana - Corpse Pose - as a way to further unite the body, the mind, and the spirit.
COST OF CLASS SESSIONS:
Drop-in fee $10

A "session" is 8 weeks of classes.
​If only 1 class time is missing, students are invited and encouraged to attend one of the other class times. If an entire week of classes is missing, another week of classes is added.

OPTION 1
  • 8 classes - 1 per week
  • ​$65 per session

OPTION 2
  • 16 classes - any 2 per week
  • $95 per session
NOTE: I do not ever want the cost of classes to stand in your way of attending...I have a scholarship program! Please contact me via email if this is something you would like more information about.
